This month we had a team of 6 from Food & Fuel led by Peter Myers & Peter O’Sullivan. The Head Chefs from Lots Road in Chelsea, The Grosvenor in Hanwell, The Duke in Richmond & The Roebuck in Chiswick were just some who represented each restaurant on their visit to Select HQ. Jack & Jamie last met the guys at Coco Momo in Holborn when they arranged a staff tasting of their new burger. It was great to return the favour and show them around the new home of Select with a full tour and talk about where the products they use come from.
