A busy and tense fortnight approaches as we undergo three high profile visits; the first for Rare Breed Beef approval schemes from DEFRA, then we have our first FSA audit since moving to Hainault and finally our long awaited Salsa audit takes place on the 26th.
We are striving to constantly upgrade the already brilliant internal fabrication of the new Select factory, most recently we have started adding stainless steel finishes to the curbing through the main production rooms and hallway.
