We have been supplying Executive chef Neil Carpenter and his team for the last year now and have built a very successful working relationship with the kitchen and last month were very proud to have the guys over for the morning. The Head chefs from The Harness Rooms, Club Kitchen & Fine Dining Room were impressed with the premises, enjoyed a full tour and then broke down a whole rare breed pig and lamb for an insight of what cuts may be utilised when buying whole carcases.
