Select are always on the lookout for new restaurants with great new ideas. Today we focus our attention on SLABS London, the latest burger joint to open its doors in the capital. SLABS doesn’t just do burgers, oh no. It’s taking on one of the most popular restaurants in recent years, Burger & Lobster, and offering seafood alongside it’s patties.
