Beef prices still continuing to rise as shortages of native breed and the correct spec cattle are still prevalent. However, poultry and lamb prices are settling heading into the summer. James is currently overseeing our first export of aged beef to the Ushuaia Beach Hotel’s new luxury steak house Montauk in Ibiza. It’s an exciting opportunity for us to be part of the island’s premier restaurant scene so hopefully James will ensure great relationships are formed as well as his tan.
