James has just returned from a visit to our Scotch beef supplier, Millers of Speyside, where he took Fred Smith – head of development, and a group from Byron to select a cow for their Wholey Cow event at Camden Brewery 30-31st August. The guys toured the processing facility and abattoir before a full farm tour and lunch with the farmer, including a few exclusive whiskies! All in all a nice day out, with a few headhaches after…
