Rabbits & Pigeons are thin on the water-logged ground, but there’s some good venison making up the numbers. The price of pork will remain quite stable this month due to a drop in European demand lowering the pressure on British farmers, just what we like to see! Lamb will remain expensive for the next couple of months as the new season kicks in so please keep an eye on pricing. Best ends, legs and shoulders will lead the way but rump still remains a great value cut. The same applies to the saddle which can be a great alternative to leg for roasting.
