We have recently been working with a local supplier from Burnham on Crouch, a quiet little town running between the Essex marshes and the English Channel.
This small farm and slaughterhouse is a recognised Red Tractor facility and is completely farm assured. As you all know,Select take great pride in hand picking our suppliers to ensure the animal receives a quality way of life before being turned into a quality piece of meat.
Farmer and owner Allman Fowler has assured us just that and has more than delivered on his promise. We are currently cutting superb TK and salt marsh lambs from the local marshes and free range pork hand-picked by Allman himself to our exact specifications.
