As our long relationship with ETM group continues we would like to personally welcome new Head Chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer who takes over from Richard O’connell at Chiswell St Dining Rooms. Chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer has previously worked at the Atlantic Hotel’s Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant. We look forward to working closely with Chef Pieter and we’re sure he’ll be great.
