We are pleased to announce Wham Banh Mi as our newest member of the Select family! They are a Vietnamese start-up joint and so far we have heard great things. The founder, Tom Barlow, wants Whaam Banh Mi to be a pioneer in the world of Banh Mi, creating elegant, heart-felt combinations of fresh herbs and heat from radishes and chilli plants together with slowly marinated meats and fish to create something truly spectacular. The concept is to strive to produce high quality food in an affordable and quick service environment.
