We are thrilled to welcome two big groups this month. After successful trial periods, it’s a pleasure to take on The City Pub Company consisting of 11 new sites and the renowned D&D London.
The City Pub Company operates high quality pubs in cities and major provincial towns in the South East of England. Their main focus is on liquor-led sales with its target consumer group being young professionals. However, with newly appointed Exec Chef Vincent Glouton (previously Fuller’s Pubs), they aim to launch some Great British seasonal dishes onto the menu.
D&D London, formerly named Conran Restaurants, was founded in 1991 and remains one of Europe’s leading high quality restaurant groups, owning and operating restaurants in London, Leeds, Paris, New York and Tokyo. Select have just finished a successful trial period supplying Butlers Wharf Chop House & Paternoster Chop House, and in the last couple of weeks we have taken on Bluebird, Coq D’Argent, Le Pont De La Tour & New Street Grill with Madison Rooftop Restaurant. In addition, we will soon be starting a trial period with Avenue and Quaglino’s.
