With the imminent arrival of Christmas and the build up starting earlier and earlier every year, it has been a very busy November!
This month I’ve spent a lot of my time finalising and confirming Christmas menus. Most of the work was done over the summer, however turkey prices weren’t fully confirmed until a fortnight ago. We are all ready at Select for everything you can throw at us. However, I would recommend in order to limit any unforeseen problems, that you give us as much notice as you can. Please try to not leave orders to the last minute wherever possible. Although naturally, we’re always available to step in and help if last minute things do pop up.
I hope you all have a very prosperous and successful December – remember that it will all be over before you know it!
