Next on our list is our new poultry supplier, we’ve been looking at a number of suppliers recently, taking into account transport timings and quality. One stuck out for us and that’s Highbury Poultry. They are based in Shropshire with over 50 years business behind them. All product is sourced within Shropshire and a 50 mile radius of the processing plant. The processing facility comes with a number of assurances such as BRC. HFA. & ACP and you can be the judge of the taste.
