My travels this month have taken me to Stanmore in North West London to see Dhilon Solanki and Vishav Roma, who are the owners and the creative force behind Pecking Order, the rotisserie chicken and burger restaurant. They have recently been joined by Jess Kelly who is taking control of the kitchen. Jess comes from good stock, having previously worked at that big chicken institution , Tramshed in Shoreditch, so they are in very good hands.
We have created a new bespoke burger to their exact specifications which launched 2 weeks ago and which by all accounts is going down a storm, along with our amazing French Corn Fed chickens and our other high welfare chicken cuts.
These guys have got a great set up and have big plans in the near future , and we are looking forward to being a part of it
