As I’m sure you’re all aware the people of Britain voted to pull out of Europe, and there’s been a lot of panic and worry without knowing the facts, so we won’t make any sweeping statements just yet.
What we can expect though is a price movement of product originating from our neighbours France, the main supplier of rabbit, corn fed chicken and foie gras.
Then possibly some fluctuation in other areas depending on the demand for UK produce once the changes start settling in, but of course it is unclear when this will be. All we can do is to ensure we provide you all with as much notice of any changes as soon as possible whilst trying to stabilise your pricing accordingly.
