The final blueprint of what will be our new poultry plant has been finalised and approved by the Select Directors. We are now securing a nice little cabin for the RCSS team to relax in during the 2500 sq foot build over the next few months. This will further increase our technical controls allowing us to run separated species through each site. The project includes a small product development room, just enough space for a little bit of brining! We aim to have the site fully approved and functional by May this year and will be keeping you updated throughout.
