So this month Jamie met up with the Open House guys who operate a number of sites, Namely the Lighterman in Kings cross, Percy & Founders in Fitzrovia and The Larder Cafélocated just a stone throw away from the P&F site. The visit was to secure the new supply of Castlemead free range chickens to all 3 sites, the Open House team are very committed to welfare and sustainability standards as shown by their current 3 star SRA rating.
