It’s been a busy month for the team and we had yet another action packed day lined up this time for Jon Day and the Genuine Dining Group team. They rolled in for some tea and coffee before we took them for a factory tour, and through the new poultry unit. We then headed into production for a butchery masterclass taken by Dermot. The 35 day aged side derived from a male Hereford born on the Suffolk farmhouse, White Gate farm and then raised by Allman Fowler on Brook Farm on the Burnham Marshes. The GDC boys were sent back with some meaty goodies to cook up and try. It was great having you all here and we look forward to our next outing together.
