So our new poultry plant has been completed meaning our main red meat plant will be receiving its long awaited makeover throughout November ready for the Christmas rush.So what better time to start booking you and your teams in for a butchery demo, or just to have a full tour of our facilities and find out what goes on behind the scenes. To book these in (limited to groups of 10 at a time) please contact Jack@selectmeat.co.uk
We can also offer our groups the exclusive chance to visit one of our neighbouring farms to hand pick a native/rare breed beast (cattle lamb or pig) and follow it on its journey through processing all the way to your kitchens and even have a hand in the butchering of the cuts at our facility under the watchful eye of Dermot. Again please contact Jack for details, we would require 2 months’ notice for the farm to fork visits.
