As you all know we like to give you the inside scoop on day to day Select. Well this month we’ve been re-homing and upgrading our mince/burger facility with a facelift and some state of the art equipment. One bit of kit in particular we want to shout about is our new Frey Line, this machine will in line grind the mince into a nice puck ready to be flattened into the closest attempt of a hand pressed burger on the market. Light, fluffy and full of flavour. Give us a shout if you want to try it.
