So Christian has been out and about this month and during his travels he stumbled across Nuala. The brain child of the Ex Chef of Chiltern Fire House, Niall Davidson!!
It’s based in trendy Old Street and will have curved concrete bar and relaxed seating arranged around the brick lined open fireplace!!
This is where Niall’s cooking will take place using the exclusively sourced, pedigree Torloisk Highland Cows. Its been said that this beautiful and striking cattle make for the best tasting beef in the world.
Niall’s Menu will also include bone marrow doughnuts and flamed clams in cider; clay-baked spider crab with Indian spices. So get on down there to try it for yourselves!!!
