One Canada Square is the brainchild of Tom and Ed Martin (pictured above) of the award winning ETM Group who’s kitchens are headed up by James Lyon-Shaw and who are also responsible for The Botanist restaurant and bar on Sloane Square. With interiors by renowned architects David Collins Studio, you can expect only the highest quality food, drink and service set against the most elegant of backdrops. With the proof of how well these guys are already doing with their other sites, were sure this new 100-cover restaurant will work wonders within one of the most iconic buildings the city has to offer.
