I met up with Robert Arnott who is the Head Chef for the One Dining division of One Events, the group behind some of London’s leading corporate and private events.

They operate from four stylish venues in Marylebone, Mayfair, Horseguards and Embankment. One Dining is the in-house catering operation that supplies all the venues with their house menus. The team is also responsible for designing and creating bespoke menus directly with the clients, which I will be helping to advise on the best options at the time.

Based in the kitchens of the Embankment venue, all the dishes are developed and produced there by Robert and his team and transported to all the relevant venues.

Robert emphasised the importance of high quality seasonal products, with consistency and full provenance available, all of which we provide as standard. We are very much looking forward to working with Robert and ‘One Events’ now and well into the future.
