We would like to wish Robert Hunter the best of luck in his new position as Head Chef
at The Gun in Docklands (part of the ETM Group). Robert has a wealth of experience and is the perfect addition to the kitchen team. Robert has joined the The Gun from the Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall. Robert has experience from across the world including the two Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in New York. It will be a pleasure working with Robert and we canÂ’’t wait to see which new dishes he will introduce to the ETM Group menu!
