Burgers have been a fundamental part of Select since we helped make the blend for Byron’s ‘Proper Hamburgers’, which are now used at each of their 56 different sites across the UK. The National Burger Awards are back next year and were giving you a little heads up to start thinking of burger ideas! The closing date for applications is Friday 8th January 2016. This will be the first time the awards will include pubs and bars so get involved.
