After a promising start to the Rugby, Scotland unfortunately ended up getting knocked out by the Aussies. However, if there is one thing the Scots do have over the wallabies it’s their beef! Our beef supplier and good friends, Millers of Speyside invited Elliott Earnshaw (Operations Director of Select) and some of the team from Byron to an operational visit to see how it all works. They were treated to a tour of the facilities and given a peak of the slaughtering process, all the way through the boning line to where the special blend of joints are packed and ready for delivery to Select where we work our magic to produce the ‘Proper’ hamburgers you have all grown to love.
