You all know the product we supply and we’re sure you’ll also agree it’s of a high standard, however at Select we strive to improve year on year with small changes that make a big difference. Throughout the last year we have been concentrating on routing our supply as direct as possible to increase freshness of the product and master the art of traceability. As our journey has developed we have decided you can’t go and get much fresher than the farmer himself!! We now have a number of farms on our books that we draw specialist product from and can happily say 95% of our lamb and pork comes into us Eblex / BRC or RSPCA assured. A happy animal is a tasty one 🙂
