We thought we would let you in on a little project taking place over the next few months here at Select HQ. As most of you are aware we make a bloody good burger. To stay at the top of our game the Directors at Select want to build us a state of the art burger production facility within our site in Essex. The project will include a perfect flow, temperature controlled loading dock, 0C storage chiller, a blending room, Production unit and a blast chiller.
Furthermore our Technical department are busy designing a new Dry ageing room for our premium ranges of beef. We can’t say too much just yet but we will be dropping some more info in a few months
