We would like to introduce Christian Walsh, the newest member of the Select Butchery team. Christian joined us in the latter half of January taking on the role of Sales Manager and new business development.
Having worked in sales roles most of my career I knew this was what I wanted to be doing but wanted to work in an industry that I was passionate about. After much pondering I knew that I should pursue my passion which is food!! So here I am today working as a Sales Manager in the meat industry for none other than Select Butchery.
