The UK did us proud once again this year with an overall 5th finish, their best yet! Lucy Crawshaw came in 3rd in the surprise category working with an LMC whilst Joe Smith only just missed the 3rd spot in the Ready To Eat Region Category with a chicken terrine. The pair who you may have seen at our sponsored event Meatopia last year look to keep improving for the next competition. Well done guys!!
