Like most of our technical news this year we are able to bring you yet another accreditation to add to the growing list of accreditations. This time we’ve received a certificate for Beef Labelling. The inspectors had a full tour of facilities and spent a good few hours checking all batch codes to then forward and reverse trace products at random, followed by a full detailed check of all beef and batch coding procedures.
