It was nice to see some familiar faces this month when the Byron Squad made up from Rachel (Ops Manager) and her team of General Managers popped in for a tour of the new facilities and enjoyed a private show from Dermot, our Production Manager. Dermot sliced through a rare breed beef carcass to show the Byron team what’s what. Congratulations too, to Byron on the opening of (yet another) new restaurant in Beak St., Soho.
