Welcome to the second edition of Jamie’s Corner. This month I’ve got Michael Mannion of MODE in my corner. We’ve recently taken on the account for this new project on the site of the old Supper Club in Ladbroke Grove.
MODE is an innovative restaurant, cocktail bar and nightclub, where live and electronic music fuse with conceptual décor.I sat down with Head Chef Michael Mannion, and asked him the major influences behind the menu; “I wanted to use unique and inventive flavour combinations to form a creative menu, the idea is to give new life to traditional recipes with a twist on classic dishes…”

We’ve been working closely with Michael to choose the relevant breeds,cuts and the best seasonal offerings, to ensure a high end dining experience for all that dine at MODE.
