Congratulations to Gus Evans as he opens the Ravenscourt Park branch of The Butchers Hook! After the success of the Butchers hook in Fulham, the second site will be opened in the old thatched house on Dalling road, Hammersmith. Former Daphne’s chef John Stanyer will step into the head chef role and promises a range of delicious British dishes with seasonal ingredients and we look forward to working with him through this exciting expansion.
