Luke Hawkins of the Balham Arms is in the corner this month, with his Nose to Tail Events, held on the first Friday of every month. Luke and his team will be choosing a different meat and creating 5 delicious dishes, using ALL parts of the animal, for a feast of a 5 course set menu. The first event was held on the 6th March and featured a whole pig. The next ‘Nose to Tail’ night is on Friday 6th April. Get down there if you can.
