A big welcome to Roux Scholarship finalist Sabrina Gidda. Sabrina (pictured) was approached by the Bernardi Brothers and was subsequently offered the position of Head Chef within their new Italian venture Bernardi’s.
Bernardi’s is the newest venture to be added to the brothers other high profile sites including The Orange
& The Thomas Cubitt.
