We are incredibly excited to hear about the launch of Oklava in Moorgate this coming October. We can look forward to some brilliant dishes, like çemen-glazed lamb cutlets, and a very Cypriot type of kebab that owner Selin featured at The Ember Yard. Did you know Oklava means ‘rolling pin’ in Turkish? The restaurant itself will feature a stone oven for baking bread and pastries in-house.
