Chop Shop comes to the exciting redevelopment in Haymarket, London from Chef Michael White & the Altamarea Group,a highly acclaimed restaurant and hospitality company based in New York City. Chop Shop highlights its ‘steaks and chops,’ serving a variety of prime meats on the bone including pork and lamb chops. Salads and other exciting main courses round off the seasonal menu. The kitchen operations at Chop Shop are overseen by Head Chef Peter Lister who’s been deciding on specs that we’ve sent over the past few weeks.
