My corner this month takes me to yet another Michelin-starred restaurant that we serve. The iconic Launceston Placerestaurant in South Kensington is owned and operated by D&D restaurants alongside the Chef Patron, Raphael Francois, who has joined D&D from Le Cirque in New York with a wealth of experience gained from some of the world’s best Michelin-starred kitchens.

Raphael and his team will be creating innovative and modern menus that celebrate seasonal British produce at its peak. I have been working with the Senior Sous chef Laurent Sanchis on introducing our meats into Launceston Place, so they can perform their magic and create an incredibly flamboyant and seasonally-inspired British menu. This is truly amazing food… try and experience it if you can.
