So he’s back from his Spanish break and has spent the last few weeks traipsing across London trying to find his next big thing, enter Lagom. So Lagom (Swedish for “Just the right amount”) is a street food stall brought to us by the young Elliot Cunningham. At just 24 years old this is his first solo venture and the idea is simple: its product led, seasonal and he uses great quality produce cooked on a live fire Swedish barbecue.
