So you’re all aware of our brand new 2500 sqft poultry production centre, which is due for completion early September 2017, but what you may not know is that we have been making a few moves within our current red meat facility too. The poultry separation has freed up some sizeable land for us to now accommodate 2 new fridges (pork & lamb) leading into the production hall, increasing our ageing chiller two-fold and a brand new burger production facility enabling us to run our new Frey Burger system.
