So we met Pas a few months back and he was a man on a mission. He came to us with an idea. A fresh burger made in front of the customer from scratch. And when we say from scratch we mean you literally pick the whole dry aged cuts to make a blend and then it is ground in front of you. Here’s a little about them “At Cut + Grind you see exactly what goes in to your burger and taste the difference in each bite. Ketchup made in house, pickles prepared every week and of course prime beef cuts blended and ground in-house. It all adds up to give the best possible burger” and what a great venue too, we recently visited the site and it’s situated slap back in the middle of Kings Cross with a steady flow of professionals and students.
