Our good friend John Treymayne from the White Swan on Fetter Lane is moving to new pastures and what lovely pastures they are. ETM is opening up in Lavenham, Suffolk this month and John will take charge as Head Chef. We wish him the best of luck and if you’re ever in the area pop in and grab a table!
